The 220 in the name refers to the weight of the cotton - 220 grams per square meter (220GSM) meaning one square meter of the cotton used in this sleeveless t-shirt will weigh 220 grams. Nice and easy.

This means that it's on the heavier side and might not be suitable for your training needs. And as it's cotton, if you're working hard, it may show sweat patches.  

Activewear fabrics
