- Chest: From the fullest part of your chest and around the back
- Waist: From the top of your hipbone (usually level with your belly button) and around your back

- Inside leg: measure from the crotch to the end of your leg, or where you want the pants to sit. If you don't have someone to help, you can do this on a pair of your favorite pants.
