Returns and Refunds

Provide your order number, your email and the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Make sure to include the hashtag at the start of your order number please.

 

Can I return my items?

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.

The item(s) must be accompanied by the original tags and packaging.

If you're returning your entire order, you must also include any free gifts inside your order, e.g. the complimentary bag must be returned if you're returning every product that you purchased.

The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

 

Are there any items that I cannot return?

If the swing tag has been removed from the product, or the swing tag is damaged, it won’t be accepted as a return and a refund will not be processed.

We do not accept returns for items that have been personalized, customized, or altered specifically for you.

Underwear, socks, swimwear, bottles, and final sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons respectively.

 

How do I return an item?

You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery, otherwise it is not eligible to be returned.

FREE RETURNS: USA, CANADA & EUROPE.

NO FREE RETURNS: REST OF WORLD
You will be responsible for the payment and shipping of the return. Veynd are not responsible for the loss of packages. Please retain proof of postage.

What about free gifts? Do I have to return those?

If you're returning your entire order, you must also include any free gifts inside your order.

Therefore as an example, a complimentary bag given free with your order must be returned if you're returning every product that you purchased.

If you're not returning everything, you may keep the bag. It's on us.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse and have inspected and approved the returned item(s).

Once we receive your return, it will take 5-8 business days to process and check the condition of the items returned. Your funds will then be credited back to you. Please keep in mind it can take up to 3-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Can I return my item if it's damaged?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can process a return in our returns portal, detailing this as your reason for return.

We will ask you to provide photographs of the damage or defect when you start the return. 

We will assist you in resolving the issue by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

We ask you to notify us of the damaged or defective item within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order. Beyond this timeframe, your item won’t be eligible for a return or replacement.
