Veynd Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Veynd.

We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns policy for orders placed within the United States of America.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item(s) must be accompanied by the original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been personalized, customized, or altered specifically for you.
  • Underwear, socks, swimwear, bottles, and final sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons respectively.
  • Please note that if the swing tag has been removed from the product, or the swing tag is damaged, it won’t be accepted as a return and a refund will not be processed.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please head to our returns portal here. Our customer support team will be happy to help with any questions, contact them at returns@veynd.com or visit our website and follow the instructions in the Returns section for more information.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining a proof of postage for your return. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return transit.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse and have inspected the returned item(s)
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note it can take up to an additional five (5) working days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately support@veynd.com
  • We may require you to provide photographs or other evidence of the damage or defect.
  • We will assist you in resolving the issue by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund
  • We ask you to notify us of the damaged or defective item within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order. Beyond this timeframe, your item won’t be eligible for a return or replacement.
